We offer custom programs for Scouts, Church Groups, Schools, and other selective groups on a facility we manage in McClellanville.

We have group tent camping areas overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.  These Sites are Semi-Primitive with onsite access to water, power, and toilet/shower facilities.  Can accommodate large groups.

Plenty of hiking and biking trails in the Francis Marion National Forest that are a short distance away

  • Awendaw Passage of the Palmetto Trail (can be accessed directly from the property)
  • Swamp Fox Passage of the Palmetto Trail (many Access points)

  • Ion Swamp Trail
  • Tuxbury Horse Trail
